New Arlo secure account and there around a dozen schedules in the app. I cannot delete or modify any of them. They are triggering the alarm to go off. I need to delete the schedules but they won't go away. Arlo please fix asap. Not impressed.

Details.WHat do you mean by new Arlo secure account? Did you previously create those dozen schedules? WHat have you tried? What do you see? Any error messages? SCreenshots may be useful to help debug.

Well, after writing my post, I was finally able to delete the automation schedules although I had tried a number of times before and they wouldn't delete. Details... I am a long time Arlo use and just purchased the security system. I previously had just cameras. To support the new security system my account was upgraded. It's possible I had a few schedules prior to upgrade but not nearly as many as what was listed in the new automation schedules. They were also very random schedules, about 10-15 of them. Seems a bit more debugging might be needed by the Arlo app devs. Especially when converting from one type of account to another. Also debugging the delete schedules function as clearly that was buggy.

FWIW, custom modes don't transfer to the new UI - you only get Standby, Armed Home and Armed Away to configure. My schedule didn't transfer, either, since they were dependent on the custom modes. Not sure why you would have had so many to even see, not to mention delete. May just be a bug in the transition from old to new UI.

Interesting. I definitely didn't setup any automation schedules. Seems they were maybe some that remained from developer testing or something. Very weird. But I guess something that might happen when opening an account on a newly released platform. Oops.

Thanks for the feedback. Was this appearing on an android device or iOS? If it occurs again can you please provide a screenshot of the modes.
