Rernewed Subscription For Year (To maintain original Price) and was charge duplicate monthly

At the end of January, I renewed my Arlo Secure Subscription for the year to maintain the original lower price and I was charged the full yearly price, however, on the same day I was also charged a monthly charge.

  • 1/28/2025: $158.50 - Annual Charge
  • 1/28/2025: $14.37 - Monthly Charge

I had to load the shopping card twice to get the discount code from the email to be accepted properly (although I didn't complete the transaction) so perhaps there was some fluke on the back-end.

 

I cannot get through the chatbot to submit a support ticket so I'm reaching out here before I dispute the payment with my credit card. Can you please assist?
