It appears the new version 6.3.6. made the false "Streaming Failed - Try Again" message go away...but now there's a couple of new intermittent problems;

1) Some cameras don't always start / open when you click on the start icon in the middle of the screen.  The icon changes to the busy icon and just sits there thrashing in circles forever.  Finally have to power off / back on and try again a few minutes later.

2) Some camera recordings never get sent to Feed...have to open the camera, click on it's screen, and hope the recording at least shows down underneath it.

3) Some camera recordings go to Feed, but it take 1-2 full minutes for that to happen.

NOTE: None of this was happening prior to new secure version 6.3.6.

Seven Pro4 cams all working normally, now the version 6.3.6. problems happen intermittently on any / all of them

".....It appears the new version 6.3.6. made the false "Streaming Failed - Try Again" message go away....."

Forgot to mention, it appears that the false "Streaming Failed - Try Again" message was simply blocked from appearing...and the conditions that caused it to appear it the first place are still there.

IE: ....when you click on the start icon in the middle of the screen...the icon changes to the busy icon and just sits there thrashing in circles forever.

No longer get a "Streaming Failed - Try Again" message...but finally have to power off / back on and try again a few minutes later a time or two to get the camera working again.

@roundball   have you tried accessing from the browser during that event?

It happened to me one time and it worked from the browser while the App had the spinning circle of death.

Hey Gen...no hadn't tried that.  Each time there's been a failure I've focused on staying in the iOS / UI to try and figure out the quickest way to get a camera operating normally again when the App puts them into that 'spinning circle of death'.

Question:

When you had your failure, was the camera direct connected to WIFI or a Base Station?

Thanks

When problems happen, it is almost always on my home WiFi.

I will try a few of my cams on the basestation to see if any problems arise.

@GeneralMeow

Seven Pro4 cams are all on 2 Base Stations.

With the constant changes being made to the Secure APP and/or UI lately, I decided to completely delete the iOS Secure App / UI off my iPhone, late last night then did a complete fresh download / reinstall of the App...will see if that has any effect.
