On the Lock Screen:
The latest update crashes the app if you want to watch the video via a push notification on the Lock Screen.

Home Screen:
If you click on the push notification on the Home Screen, the Arlo App camera will start. Why??


Things got bad before the last update and it wasn't working properly


The previous update also caused the following problems:

If you click on the push notification on the lock screen, the Arlo App camera will start. Also why??

Previously we could click on the push notification on the lock screen and the recorded video would play and not start the camera!


The drama began last year.

Before it worked as it should. Push notification on the lock screen and home screen starts the recorded video and not the camera!


Arlo, what are you doing??


It's getting worse with all the updates.


P.s. This is the version with library.

yes, still the same. If you tap on the Push Notification on the Lockscreen, the App still crashes.

Push Notification on Homescreen is working.

I can alwys reproduce this. My Wife also.


I sent the Video to Support. It's a drama how you can send Videos and Logs there! Either the Videos are blocked, or don't arrive, or whatever. Apparently you can't use WeTransfer either. After a lot of back and forth, we finally went with WeTransfer.

My Support Case is: 00682853

 

Jeffrey from L3 Support also only contacted us once. Never again after reply than! If you want to reply to a message from your support case, you can only send a maximum of 3MB of Files.

How is this supposed to work if you want to send Logs and Videos?

I was also given 2 email addresses to which I should send Videos and Logs. Even that was blocked. Should I send this by UPS?

 

I have the feeling that they want to wear me down until I give up...

Especially since I'm supposed to keep sending new videos and logs that never get there over and over again?!

 

This is a maximum of 15MB in total, what i want to send. Please help Brooke!!
