I am looking for a 3 camera system for my small business that offers Continuous Recording. Which Cameras and subscriptions do I need.

First: Continuous Recording requires that the camera be AC powered.  A solar panel s not enough.

Camera options include the Ultra 1, Ultra 2, the Pro 2, Pro 3, and Pro 4.

Note that it is possible to pair CVR with Arlo Secure (or not) - they are separate subscriptions.
