Recently left 3-month trial plan and now my camera is not recording

I recently left a 3-month trial plan and now my camera is on but not recording. I don’t want any plans. Help!

You need a subscription in order to get cloud storage.

 

If you have a smarthub (VMB4540 or VMB5000), you could use direct access to local storage. https://kb.arlo.com/000062337/What-is-Direct-Storage-Access-and-how-do-I-use-it

 

There are downsides though:

  • No manual recording
  • No friend access
  • No PC access (app only)
  • No thumbnails
  • Can be difficult to set up remote access

Personally I only use local storage for backup.
