Just tried to renew with a debit card. Arlo only takes paypal I was told. Then how have I had service for the last 6 months? Cancel Arlo!

By whom?  Scam support folks often will suggest paypal, and send you a payment link.

They definitely do take credit cards, though I am not sure about debit cards.  Options are listed here:

I'm tagging @JamesC, in hopes that the article can be changed to state clearly whether debit cards are accepted or not (and if they are, which ones).

If the debit card has Visa or Mastercard on it then it should be accepted. But debit cards in general it may not take all of them. It just has to fit the criteria above.
