Pixel 6 App shows online iPhone 11 says offline

When I login on my iPhone 11 it shows all cameras and the base station offline. I tried logging in on my spouses pixel 6 and everything is working. I tried resetting the app, my phone, the base station but nothing seems to fix the issue.

When you are in your app do you see feed or library? What is shown on your wife's app? Also are you the authorized user?

I am an authorized user. The pixel 6 has the feed with no issues. The iPhone gets a motion alert but will not pull the live feed or recorded video. It just says base station and cameras are offline.

I understand but to share cameras you both have to be on the same UI of the app. That is why I am wondering what you and your wife's app is showing on the bottom. Does yours show feed or library? As well as what your wife's show?
