I need refund

I cancelled my plan and stop using Arlo camera s   In September I am still being charged it’s January I need refund from October November December an January I cancelled my plan why I’m still being charged

This has become a common issue reported to the forum. Arlo has not provided an explanation for the over charging so cancellation of the credit card would be the quickest method to stop the extra charges.

 

Alternatively you can purchase a new subscription plan to enable you to contact arlo customer support to open a case # to stop them from overcharging your credit card, then cancel your new subscription, and then continue the cycle all over again when you get overcharged again.
