I'm not certain which Arlo product I have but my problem is that I cannot make a payment from my debit card and my trial subscription ends TODAY! (07/23/22) Why can't a get a person or at least you should have a chat box available!

When you say you cannot make a payment with your card, could you provide more details? Are you seeing any error messages when you attempt to purchase a subscription?

I've been trying from my computer. As soon as I type the first number on my card it says "You must enter a credit card number. We're sorry, we only support MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Note: American Express and Discover are accepted ONLY in USA." When I complete my card number it still says that it's invalid. I still don't know what to do. I tried two different Mastercards.
