I am truly disappointed with the  system from Arlo. They have not been able to provide professional monitoring since I purchased the system more than six months ago. But they insist on charging me monthly for the professional monitoring service month-after-month. I ask for a refund, but they offer to give me a free month of professional monitoring instead of a refund. Which amounts to a free month of nothing - they are not providing the monitoring service, but they are going to give me a free month of it - go figure!

 

I truly regret purchasing the system. I have 15 or more sensors plus the security hub. A big waste of money. I will surely discourage anyone from buying Arlo products!

Can you explain more regarding the not being able to provide the professional monitoring? Is it not working as expected?

I too would like to know what you are talking about.  What do you mean it is not being professionally monitored?
