Curious if anyone has experience to share regarding this?
Right now, I have a door sensor which google home keeps watching at. And then when door opens, google home will triggers automation to switch to STANDBY --- but the whole process is so slow that I have already walked out and triggered the door camera, before STANDBY is switched to.
Wondering if anyone has a more responsive solution to share?
Alex

I haven't tried using Google Home for this so I don't know how it interacts. However, from an Arlo perspective, check your Arm Home mode to verify that it's set to 0 seconds for Exit Delay. I suppose setting Arm Away to the same setting may or may not be useful.

@alex_loo does not have an Arlo Home Security system (it isn't sold in Australia). He is trying to integrate a different manufacturer's sensor using Google Home to change the mode of the Arlo system.
