It appears that this was an issue before now, but we've never had this happen in all the years we've had our Arlo System. I just posted about our cameras not seeming to detect motion properly, and now the app is saying our cameras are offline, and yet we're getting motion detection no matter what mode we are in, especially in Standby!! What in the world is going on with this new system?? I'm telling you, we experienced no issues before the new app and the new plan we had to sign up for. Call me crazy, but I swear on my life things are snowballing.
I was still trying to figure out why we weren't getting notifications when we used to, and now we're getting them all the time. I've tried switching modes manually and nothing changes.
This all started just a day or two ago, and is affecting our Pro, Pro2 and 5S

Ok, rebooting the hub seems to have fixed this issue. I couldn't access the hub remotely since it said it was offline or I would have tried that. For not things are back to normal.
Both the iOS app and the website show things workingl

Might be an iOS thing - try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. ALso check the web client (my.arlo.com) on a computer browser to see if it's the same thing.

Thanks for reaching out. I am currently away from my residence, so I am depending on family to help troubleshoot. I have asked that our hub be rebooted when they get home later, so I"ll have to update once that is done.
I did delete and reinstall app. Rebooted my iphone. Nothing changed.
Just logged on to the my.arlo.com, and I can see the exact same results. Posting a screen shot. If you look at some of the cameras that say they are offline, you can see my wife blurred out in the view doing yardwork yesterday while it was in Standby mode, and I received over 56 notifications.

FYI, a WiFi switch that the hub plugs into allows you to power cycle the hub remotely.

That’s a great idea! I have so many WiFi switches! I honestly never would have considered that obvious backup!
