Notifications stopped?

In the last 12ish hours it seems notifications have suddenly stopped.

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes it's configured to send a notification, yes the phone is not on dnd or other functions, yes notifications are set to banner badge etc.  I haven't changed anything, they have just stopped.

Glitch in the matrix I guess, on the 4th trigger it worked
