I have tried numerous times to purchase a subscription plan, nothing is working. it keeps freezing saying "please wait". tried different computers. chat isnt helping and they wont connect me to customer support. please help

Try subscribing from a web browser and go to https://my.arlo.com/#/home, sign in and see if you are able to subscribe that way.
