I would like to subscribe to an Arlo plan but the click to agree is not there

App or web client? Have you tried both? Perhaps there's one little piece of info missing?

I just solved the mystery for myself!   It did not work on my Android, iphone, Chrome, or IE.  But it DID work in EDGE.
