No alert sound at night

The Arlo flood light is not alerting me with sound to my mobile device (iPhone) at night. It records but no alert sound, defeating the purpose of waking me up to confront trespassers. Defeats the purpose of having a security system.

This sounds like you need to adjust your iPhone settings (e.g. the phone is set to silence all notifications).

  1. Is the system in the same mode at night as it is during the day?
  2. Do you get alert sounds during the day?
