Morning everyone

I like the new look of Arlo widgets - great to see it's now in line with similar changes initiated by Google. And I like the fact that the icons are now a bit more legible.

Also, no more passwords for pan and tilt in the devices tab, too.

Of course, as usual, I'll have some comments to make about the consistency of it all, but let's enjoy the new/refreshed widgets for now. 🤩

Good effort, dev team.

It may be that there was some sort of background process that needed to catch up. I just opened the app on my Chromebook and it took a while to recreate the Dashboard thumbnails. The app hasn't changed  but something else has.

Well, I only enjoyed the new look for 30 min because I've updated the app in the Play store and it's now gone.

Hi @ShayneS

How do I get it back? Would you please advise?

The new look had more rounded tiles.  The size of tiles on the Dashboard page was the same as on the Devices page. There was some transparent grey background for the names and icons. The audio doorbell tile had an additional icon for movement. And for pan and tilt cameras on both dashboard and devices, no password was necessary.

I know there are some enhancements in the works for Android. Let me double-check into what you've seen visually and what's in the pipeline.

Thanks @ShayneS . I now seem to have the new version again. It looks so much better than the previous one - more consistent in terms of the size of tiles and finally, the status icons have better visibility. There are a couple of niggles here and there, but overall, the refreshed UI is much better. Well done, dev team.
