my VMB3000 wont connect to the new Arlo app. power is good, internet connection is great and cameras are connected. its just the base station that im trying to add to the new arlo app and app cant discover the base station and even the cameras? please i really need a huge help here..thank you so much in advance,
i tried everything that i can see on the internet, troubleshooting and stuff still no luck on getting my base station and camera works with the new app..

Is this a new install of a used VMB3000?
Did you just switch from "Library" to "Feed"?

the app on my phone cant discover the Netgear base station,.. i have 2 of them one is brand new and the other one is used one..the app cant discover niether one of the base station,. i talk to tech support they said both base station is broke..even the brand new one,. they said its broke..never been open or used..tsk...i need some help please and thankyou..

VMB3000s haven't been manufactured for quite a while now, so the new one must have been sitting on the shelf for some years.
Have you tried using my.arlo.com? That sometimes works then the app fails.
What status are you seeing on the LEDs?
