Need to cancel late husband's subscription

Hoping someone can offer some guidance. My husband passed away in June of 2022. I need to cancel the subscription he set up, but I do not have his login credentials. I cannot seem to find any way to reach a human to discuss this. Does anyone have a phone number or email address that might help me get in touch with support?

Googling for contact information usually leads to a scam support site, so don't do that.

@MaggieReed First and foremost I want to give my condolences for the passing of your husband. I would be more than happy to help you. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off. (edited)
