If you have a subscription of any sort, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see the various methods to contact official support.
As for changing the network connection, was this for a new router? The easy way to allow all devices, including Arlo, to automatically connect is to change the new router's SSID and password to use the same ones as on the old router.
