Multiple House Holds with Different Payments Types

I want to setup three seperate house holds with seperate subcriptions but use a different payment type for each. (Each site has a different Credit Card) However, when I update the CC card information for the additonal house hold subscripts it seems to change the payment card for the rest.  What am I doing wrong?
