I signed up for the monthly plan and nothing is recording in our library.  How do I fix this issue so that we can see all recordings?

Were you seeing recordings during the trial?

 

Have you double checked that the cameras are armed and are in the subscription plan?

 

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?
