Location services

I cannot add location services for arlo on my I phone pro max 13 I deleted the app and reinstalled and logged in and out and it will not give me the option to always allow?? please 🙏 help. I have issues when in arm away mode that my front porch camera will sometimes not record

The setting is in the phone settings for the app, not in the app itself. Is that where you're trying to change the setting?

Yes I went to my phone settings. It’s not giving me the option. I tried deleting the app re-adding it trying to force it to give me allow while using, and it will not give it to me. I called Apple and they said it’s a problem on your end with your app

The app was just updated 5 days ago but it has a glitch will not show in location services

First, @StephenB and I are just users here and don't work for Arlo so it's not "my" app.

I'm on Android and am not familiar with all the iOS settings so someone else needs to jump in with specific details.
