How is it the customer service form Arlo this useless? 

Here's a backstory. 

4 months ago my camera fell off the wall and the camera lens cracked. A replacement camera was expensive so I decided it would be better if I canceled my plan. However, I got distracted and busy so I didn't cancel my plan. Days went by and turned into weeks and months. 

Today I contacted support for a refund of those 4 months. I was told that they can't issue refunds. 

 

The bad part is 4 months ago I had removed the camera from my account. So since my camera broke I've had no camera on my account and yet I'm paying for a service that I could not use nor did not use.

If I broke my phone, but didn't didn't bother to cancel my mobile service, I wouldn't expect the provider to refund my phone bill.  Similarly if I broke my router, but failed to cancel my internet service. 

 

Why are you thinking this is on Arlo?
