Is there email support? The chat support in the app is less than helpful. I’ve had 3 support reps leave my chat in the middle of discussing what I need help with. It will just say “Agent has left the chat”, and then the bot will ask if I still need help and put in me in the back of the queue waiting for another rep. 3 times in a row just today. I can’t do it anymore. As a paid for service it’s 100% unacceptable.
