Is there any way to access older (2 weeks) video without Arlo secure plans?

Hi,
I purchased Arlo cameras a few years ago but do not have an Arlo Cloud storage plan. I need access to some videos from two weeks ago. I have access to the videos from the past five days only.
Question:
Is there any way Arlo can provide access to the older videos from their cloud service from my Arlo cameras? In other words, can I sign up for any Arlo plan to access the videos from two weeks ago?
btw happened to their phone and Chat support? It's been few years since I contacted Arlo. Their support phone number no longer works, and Chat Robot says I don't have a valid plan and even refuses to chat or connect to a live agent! I'm very frustrated. They're definitely working on setting the standard for a new low in the industry for customer service! Sorry, but there's no way to reach anyone at Arlo Sales, etc., and it has consumed much of my time finding simple answers.

No. Once the retention period ends, the videos are deleted - and there is no way to recover them.
Getting a plan will increase the retention limit, but that only applies going forward.

Support now requires a subscription - that was changed some time ago.
Phone support is only through the app, there is no published number for it.
