I have an open support ticket I'm trying to follow up on, however the link in the support email that normally lets me submit an update now just takes me to the web dashboard for the cameras. The support tickets section is also completely gone from the Arlo app. When I attempt to log in to the Arlo support portal on the web, it just sends me to the web dashboard. (It used to send me to the portal listing my open and closed support tickets.)

How long has the support portal been down, and does Arlo have an ETA for its reinstatement?

They sent an update to me and the new link in their message works while the link in the old message doesn’t. I’m still not able to access any support options through the app or the web site but it’s a start. I’d appreciate some sort of explanation for why your support system seems to have fallen over, is that being looked in to?

It was looked into and they were aware of the behavior you seen. However, it was quickly resolved and you should not see that behavior again.
