It should work fine.  If you have an older Envy (HP launched the Envvy 360 back in 2014), you should double-check that the PC has HEVC hardware acceleration.  HEVC is used by Arlo for 2K and 4K camera recordings.

Use Chrome or Edge (not FireFox), and don't changed the settings on the right side of the screen.  Just click on the play option. If it plays, then your Envy can play HEVC recordings.
