I have a neighbor to whom I'm trying to give access to my cameras. She already has an Arlo account. It's under a Yahoo email address.

I sent one to the NON Yahoo account that I had and she got it, but asked me to send to Yahoo so as not to have multiple accounts. I have sent, resent, deleted, resent and the emails are not showing up in her Yahoo account. She's checked her spam/junk folder every time I've sent it and it just doesn't come thru.

I've been trying for weeks now.  It did work thru Gmail, but again, she doesn't want multiple accounts so she didn't create one to access thru the Gmail invite (which I have since deleted).

Help. She keeps an eye on my vacation house so it would be nice if this could be resolved.

I can tell you the resend invitation button is broken. You must delete the original request and create a new one.

I have done that multiple times, as I said in my post.

I know. I just wanted to say that one feature doesn't work at all; sorry if that wasn't clear.

It's very frustrating how many basic features don't work.

Try sending the invite to her gmail address anyway, and have her click on the "Create Account" control in the email.

But then when the browser opens to my.arlo.com, tell her to log into her existing Arlo account.

I haven't tried this myself, but I believe it will do what you want.
