I have a subscription but have recently lost access to my email that the account was linked with

I cannot get logged in to change my email address. I receive camera notifications on my phone but cannot look at them due to being logged out. I have my email and password and try to login but the app says that it has pushed a notification which I don't see. I created a new account to log into for this discussion. I need someone to contact me in order to resolve the issue. Have not been able to get any support so far and have been trying for over a week.
