In 2021 I cancelled my subscription. I'm getting a monthly invoice that I realised a few days ago because the email was sent to a folder.
I cannot access my subscription tab via the portal, everytime i go there I get disconnected.
I contacted support and I didn't get any reply.
Can you please give me an email where I can contact you and avoid the chat that doesn't work and a ticketing system that only wants my phone number?

You can open a support ticket by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > Support.
To cancel a subscription, follow the instructions listed here: https://kb.arlo.com/1215141/How-do-I-change-or-cancel-my-Arlo-subscription-plan
