Hello . Can i use the camera and recording without subscription on this hub VMB3000

The hub isn't all that relevant, as any subscriptions needed are for the cameras.

 

The VMB3000 base doesn't support local storage at all, so any recordings would be saved in the Arlo Cloud.

 

The base is old, and only supports legacy cameras.  Those cameras were sold with free 7-day cloud recording, so a subscription would only be needed if you have more then 5 unsubscribed cameras in your account.

 

If you are thinking about connecting a currently sold camera to this base, then you will find that you can't.
