Hi with the updated app my feed is now divided by hub, so I now have three feeds instead of one as it was before. How do I combine them back into one feed please? Hate this new app!

Each hub is logged into with a separate email and password on my laptop online, and online all cameras are in one big feed, … access is shared across the accounts, but on the new app update, all three do show up at the top of the screen but with separate mini feeds instead of all the cameras showing up in one big feed … I now have to switch between hubs/ feeds to see the camera feeds of each hub separately.. if I explained that right

Yes. The only way to consolidate the feed is to put all three bases in the same account (and in the same location in that account). If you are using the free 7-day cloud storage, then that likely will result in losing that (since the free storage is only available if you have 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras in the account).
Others have complained about this, hopefully Arlo will address it.

How do I put all three bases in the same account?
yes I have the free seven day storage but am currently paying for the 60 day plan on all, but was planning on dropping that soon.

Remove the cameras and base from one of the accounts you want to close, and then install them in the account you want to keep.

Well, if you have more than 5 cameras in the consolidated account then you'll lose the free storage.

Thank you for explaining, you were very helpful to me. Please pass along my unhappiness to wherever it needs to go to get these things fixed. We’ve been looking to switch camera systems for a while now, and this will likely be the last straw! Take care!
