Help with adding a CVR subscription

I have a CVR plan for one of my cameras. I just deleted it and added it again. Now I am paying for the CVR plan and I can't connect it to the same camera. When I go select the camera it is trying to charge me another 9.99. How do I manage this and add the camera?
