Unable to log in to cancel subscription renewal and been refused a call back from live agent!

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

Hi,

 

I have somewhat the same problem, I'm unable to cancel one of my two plans online?! The reason I'm replying here is that I have no idea where to get in touch with a "real" person in Arlo, the chatbot is of no help at all!

 

Please help!!

Have you tried using your browser (my.arlo.com) to cancel?

 

Since you currently have a subscription plan, you can go into the support center of the app and choose phone support.
