Having trouble sharing new cameras with some but not all friends

Just wondering why I can successfully share some but not all of my cameras with one friend, but with 2 other friends, I can share all of my cameras.

Everyone has the latest OS version and the latest Arlo app version. I have an android, friends that I can share all cameras with are both android and apple. The one I can't share all cameras with is an apple device.

When I try to share the cameras with the one friend who can't see all the cameras, I select the cameras they can't see, click save, and then I get "Operation failed". Any ideas of what's going wrong?

Hi @BrookeN ,

I just deleted the Essential Pan-Tilt Camera and re-added it to my account and when I tried to share it again, I got the "Operation Failed" message for the same user that I couldn't share it with before.

For the other 2 users that I could share it with before, I could share it with them again.
