I have a bunch of cameras and have granted access to my employees. 1 employee can't get the cameras to show up on his app. Have downloaded app and created acct and just comes up to set up new cameras and now way to get to the company cameras.

Does your app show "Library" as a menu option?  Or does it show "Feed" instead?

 

What does his app show? All accounts need to match (either all showing "Feed" or all showing "Dashboard").  If that's the issue, let us know and we can give some info on how to migrate to "Feed".

 

Also, does your account show the invitation was accepted?  If it still shows up as pending, then have him click on "Create Account" in the invite email on a PC.  When the browser opens to my.arlo.com, have him log into his existing account - no need to create a new one.  Make sure he logs all the way in - completing the two-factor authentication step.
