Grant access not working

Hi

 

my husband granted me access. I accepted the access via the email and created an account. But the access is still showing as “pending” in his app and I cannot see any devices when I login to the app on my phone. What could we be missing please?

Open the email on a PC (NOT a tablet or phone) and click on "Create Account" again.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  Then log in to your existing account (completing the 2 factor authentication step).  No need to create yet another account.
