Grant Access doesn't work, no matter how many times I did on iPhone, iPad and Computer

Dear Arlo Experts,

 

Please help, so my Dad created an Arlo account and on my account (on iPad), I hit Grant Access and entered his account. My Dad received the notification email and on my iPhone it says my Dad has accepted the sharing.

 

However, when my Dad opens up Arlo Security add on his iPhone, in Device, it doesn't have the camera, instead the screen asks me Dad to install Arlo products.

 

I did it on my iPhone, iPad and laptop but it still doesn't work, he still cannot see our home's security cameras.

 

Can someone please help?

I am thinking that you see "Library" as a menu option in your app (and my.arlo.com).  Is that the case?

 

Also, I am thinking that your Dad's account does not show "Library" but shows "Feed" instead.  Is that also the case?
