I'm putting this under Arlo Secure because I'm not sure where else to put it.

I'm happy with Arlo...BUT...I had a combination of Arlo Secure and also some CVR subscriptions when I was setting up my cameras. I realized that I don't really need CVR, and thought I only had an Arlo Secure subscription. My panel says "0 cameras participating" under the CVR part.

I just realized today that I've been BILLED for a couple of CVR plans for the past few years. When I contacted customer support via chat, they said it probably happened when I moved a camera, in other words I deleted an old camera and moved it somewhere and created a new one. The old CVR plan is still active, I cannot see it, and cannot cancel it. But I still get billed for it.

The support person was unable to remove it, he said only I can do it from the panel. But you can't cancel something that you cannot even see.

Is my only option to delete my entire Arlo account and start over from scratch? Or remove my payment information until Arlo kicks me off the CVR plans for non-payment? This seems incredible to me. I work in software. If someone can see my CVR plan, and bill me for it, there is a way to turn it off.

Thank you, someone called and was able to manually end the ghost subscription. I just wanted to let Arlo know that this can happen, so someone else doesn't get stuck like I was!
