Following subscription payment and portal login, I encountered duplicate billing and attempted to access support. The absence of a support feature within the web portal is highly inconvenient and unsatisfactory, especially considering the significant cost of Arlo services. A comprehensive redesign and enhancement of the web portal are necessary. While this is my opinion, the product and service pricing should reflect the level of support and portal functionality expected, aligning with how the competitors have their features and portals set for their customers.
