I’m at a lost of words at what to do at this point and I need serious help about this. When looking at my account it says I have no active subscriptions but for the past 6 months now I have been charged a $10.59 monthly without my knowledge and trying to figure out how to contact someone about this is making my head spin. I cannot call anyone, I cannot talk to an actual representative, I’m literally going to be charged this until my death and I’m at the point I’m going to contact my lawyer to sue this company because you quite frankly cannot contact customer support. I just want to stop being charged for a subscription I DON’T EVEN HAVE. If you had this issue or this is ongoing please help me, I’m desperate at this point.

The best option is to contact your credit card company/bank and dispute the charges. However, are you sure that you didn't enter your card details when starting a trial and then forgot about it? I'm not saying you did but if you dispute any charges you need to be sure about what happened.
