Received new Essential Outdoor wireless camera (new version) yesterday, active trial subscription. Working great until the feed stopped updating at 2:07pm (it is now 6:45pm). I get notifications of events since 2:07pm, I can see thumbnail previews in the alerts on my phone, and my Feed in the app will show a red notification number, but there is nothing for the last 5 hours in the feed. I have force stopped the app and restarted it, restarted my phone (twice!). No update on phone, no update on web.

Do the cameras still have a subscription or did the trial sub expire? Check Settings, Home, Plan to see.
