Charges despite cancellation months ago

Every month I am getting charged for an Arlo subscription even though I have canceled it months ago. We’re now in July and I canceled it back in March. I am getting very very pissed off. When I log into my account, it doesn’t look like I am subscribed to anything because everything is available for me to subscribe yet every month there is a $17.99 charge on my bank account, there is no phone number to call anyone and the chat doesn’t work because I am not a current subscriber. This is just pure scam and stealing money. Anybody had the same problem?

Thanks, as of today August 14, which is a MONTH later no-one has contacted me and a new charge appeared on my card!
