Hello,
I took out a subscription for 4 Arlo cameras. but unfortunately I can't drag the cameras in to activate them. can you send a video on how to do this? it says drag to activate camera here. but this does not work

Do you have active trial plans for those cameras? If so, you will need to wait until the trial expires and they will automatically roll into the active subscription plan.
