Trying to set up a Secure Plan now that the 3 mo0nth trial has ended and I'm getting this error when confirming payment.

 

Http failure response for https://myapi.arlo.com/hmsweb/users/79184021/changeplan/v2: 0 Unknown Error

 

Can anyone help with this?

Logged back on to get the error message and this time it worked!!!

Have you tried both the app as well as the web client?

Yes, its the same error from the app and the web client.

Try logging out of your account, clearing your browser cache, and log back in. Do you still experiencing the same behavior?
