End of Life Subscription Offer not working

I received an email with an offer due to end of life products that I own. One was 50% off camera or video doorbell products which worked fine. The other was 75% any Arlo Secure subscription. The camera offer came with a code but the subscription offer did not. I tried the subscription offer link in the email and that does not provide any discount either. I understand that it only applies to monthly plans and to select plans as per the fine print. I am looking to purchase but would like the discount. Anyone else having these issues? Email was sent 6/1/23
