I’ve been happy with my Arlo cameras and base station. I’ve received an EOL notice, but it looks like I may be able to extend my subscription. I got as far as verification where I need to input security code sent to me email but no email was received from Arlo. I tried the other method but it said it did not recognize my device (iPhone) - this is the only phone I’ve ever had and what I use to manage my Arlo system. Any help on this matter is appreciated.

What subscription do you have? The old cameras being EOLed still don't need a sub - they should remain working as before.

 

However, it sounds like you're having an issue with 2FA (2 factor authentication). If you've been using the phone all along, I don't see why you're having a problem now. I don't have any iOS devices so either someone can jump in to help ( @StephenB , @JamesC or @ShayneS ?).

Do you actually have a subscription?  Or are you just using the free plan.

Were you ever able to log into the app from this particular iphone?
