Hello -
I checked my eligibility for the 1 year, 75% discount on a Secure Subscription plan discount due to the Arlo EOL device policy changes. I received an email saying I was eligible. I clicked on the link for the upgrade and I was directed directly to the check out page for the Secure Plan, however the discount code that was entered automatically for me says "You cannot use this code to this plan. Please try a different code".
Please send message me a valid code for the 75% off a Secure Subscription Plan.

I have the same issue as the person above. We clicked the 75% off subscription plan but it would not go through. We tried contacting the chat support but they were not helpful / could not do anything. Looking forward to your help. Please send a discount code for the 75% off Arlo Secure.

I worked with them via email. Basically... they don't say it in the offer email, but the discount is LIMITED to ONLY the monthly subscription plan. They won't let you use it if you pick the annual billing option. Very frustrating.

Like the earlier posters on this thread, the code only works on monthly plan and not the annual plan like the email clearly states.

I understand what the "fine print" says. However, the non-fine print earlier states "The second is 75% off any Arlo Secure subscription service for 12 months available on Arlo.com" which is clearly incorrect.
I am just making it crystal clear that Arlo is providing the EOL discount only to customers that will agree to a monthly subscription. The annual discount available to any customer to pay for an annual plan vs a monthly plan is 23% ($3/month) that Arlo has decided to not make available to EOL customers.
What's the difference to Arlo in this case? A yearly subscription with 75% off ($119.88 * 0.75) would be $29.97. The monthly plan continued over a year with the 75% off ($155.88 * 0.75) is $38.97. So, the EOL offer really isn't 75% off any Arlo Secure subscription service for 12 months. A customer over 12 months actual savings is 68% off when compared to an annual subscription. End result, $9.

So, if I understand your response, this offer only applies to people who redeemed the offer before July 4, 2023? I purchased my cameras after July 4, 2023, and received the purchase discount for the cameras I bought after July 4. Are you saying that the 75% discount was only available to me if I had purchased the service plan before I had purchased the cameras? That can't be the right answer. I don't think I would have been able to purchase the subscription plan before I had purchased the cameras.
